Gabe personally assesses each incident and coordinates care tailored to your department’s unique needs.

Dr. Kendra Devor, a licensed and board-certified police and public safety psychologist, serves as the Chief Psychologist for the program. She leads a clinical team trained to provide trauma-informed, culturally competent care to first responders.

Services Provided

  • Immediate individual and group psychological debriefings

  • Follow-up care with licensed clinicians

  • Peer support counselors and chaplains

  • Certified therapy dogs for comfort and emotional regulation

  • Support with food, water, and coffee delivered to the station—available 24/7 for multiple days post-incident
