I have found that each client comes with a unique set of experiences. Keeping this in mind, I join my clients on their journey of understanding and exploration.

I’ve succeeded in helping individuals with long-term personality issues and individuals dealing with depression and anxiety, bipolar disorder, guilt and shame-related issues. My extensive training also includes psychoeducational evaluations and assessments of children and adults.

Sometimes our strongest inclination is to hide when what we will benefit from is support to face our ghosts of the past.
